My Ipod touch is 1.1.2 jailbreak. If I were to upgrade to 1.1.3, does it mean my touch will be 'unjailbreak'? and my installer will be gone or will it remain there?

I'm not sure as I haven't tried 1.1.2 to 1.1.3 as jailbroken. I have however tried 1.1.1 jailbroken, to official 1.1.2. I found that:

When you update after a jailbreak, the applications aren't actually touched or removed by the update process. The update process does however replace a script file (quite small) which makes these applications not visible anymore. They are actually still there, they are just not accessible.

So in answer to your question, and in line with my findings, your iPod touch will be 'restored' to Apple's app layout, after the update of 1.1.3.

If you buy the 1.1.3 (with Software Upgrade) however, you can move the icons around anyway, easily.
