iPod touch 1.1.3 (Jailbroken) to 2.0?!

As the title states I plan on updating to 2.0 today, and before I do I want to make sure that it won't brick my iPod Touch. I'm going to 1.1.3 to 2.0 and my iPod has been jailbroken. So what steps should I do prior to updating or should I just update to the 2.0 software?

Since it clears out all your crap from the iPod, all you gotta do is slap 2.0 in there.
