So I updated to 1.1.3 to check it out, but I can't seem to use any of the "features" of 1.1.3, as in movable icons and links on the springboard.

I tap and hold to move icons, as I should, yet nothing happens, and I get no options to put a link on the main page.

what can I do?

20 bucks

The free update does not includes any of those cool features. If you want to get the cool stuff the legal way (through itunes) then you have to pay 20 bucks. Basically the update comes with everything, but originally the wiggly icons, mail, and all that its locked. When you pay the 20 bucks itunes unlocks everything for you.

Nah! It isn't an app feature... it's a 1.1.3 feature..

Just click and hold your finger on an app... then they start wobbling :)

P.S. Is the homeland missing me??

See, that's my problem... they're not. I'm holding my finger on the app, and I get nothing. I'm definitely running 1.1.3 (with the ugly dock and all) but nothing's working.

P.S., I think you mean the homeland is missing me ;)

wrong

try the apple site for the tutorial on how to use the new features. They come free with 1.1.3 ;)

That video was for the iPhone, where the updates were free, on the touch you have to pay $20 to get them. So you are wrong, as stated before, you MUST pay for them to get them.
