1.1.3 problems please help

I just jailbroke my ipod touch 1.1.3 with ziphone and i installed the january update through installer, apollo, bsd subsystem summerboard customize finder netservices and text edit. When i try to ssh into my ipod touch the var and application folders dont show up. the only folders that show up are dcim, photos, and itunes_control. When i go on mobilefinder, the folders show up such as var and system. Please help me.

in addition in the library folder in mobile finder summerboard doesnt show up and the media part doesnt show up either. Also when i use mobile finder i always have to put show system and hidden files in mobile finder. when i exit out of mobile finder and go back in, the settings didnt stay.
