When I had 1.1.2, my photos in iPhoto (organised into events) automatically appeared as several events in iPhone, without me having to add albums for each.

Upgraded to 1.1.3, and they're gone... instead I just get a huge iPhoto library section with all my photos.

Anyone else found this?

(10.5.1, iLife '08.)

Okay, you have to go into syncing options and select to sync events. Did they just add that? It also looks like the iPhone is displaying events newest first (it was newest last before).

Yes, I have this as well. I am running Leopard, ILife 08, and ITunes 7.6.

Looks like they need another update for the update.

skeen is correct.

You need to tick the box for events in iTunes (not just all photos in iPhoto).

What's bad about this is that before I had events and my created albums. Now I just have events -- it isn't obvious that I can have events and albums showing too.

I am having this issue as well. I am thinking that it is an iTunes specific thing and not an iPhone specific thing.

Anyone else still seeing this as a problem. I have the most updated versions of iPhoto '08, iTunes and my iPhone.
