I have an 8Gb iPhone and being in Canada I had to unlock it and had to move to the only GSM carrier up here. Long story short, their service more than sucked and I went back to my CDMA provider and a BB. Since then I've been using my 1.1.4 iPhone as an iPod Touch.
Now here's the question - if I upgrade to 2.0 will it still function or will it need an activation process just to be used for music, apps, etc.
