1.1.4 stuck at apple logo boot screen

Please help! I changed the them via summerboard and it froze so I shut it down and rebooted it now it will only come up to the apple screen no more then that. When I plug it in it reconigzed the phone what to do? The phone was unlocked via iLiberty if that helps.

PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!
