1.1GHz Dual Intel Core M vs 2.66GHz Intel Core 2 Duo

Title says it all.

How would a 1.1GHz Dual Intel Core M in the MacBook compare to a 2.66GHz Intel Core 2 Duo in a 2009 MacBook Pro? I searched on google and I found absolutely NOTHING about Intel Core M... All I found was Pentinum M or Atom or Celeron.

Also, how does the Intel HD400 or whatever the Macbook uses compare to the Nvidia GeForce 9400M? Or 9600M GT?
