But you don't need to buy it through the Apple Store. MacMall has many 1.3GHz models in stock.

When Apple finally catches up with demand it`s possible, my local Apple Store stocks the high end built to order models for the other Mac lines.

I see the Gold 1.3 is now on a 13-14 wait for MacMall but the others are quicker.

I just bought a SG rMB 1.3/512 from Macmall yesterday and I am typing on it now. So they are out there.
