1.8" SSD in 2010 MBP

I have a 1.8" 160GB Intel G2 SSD I grabbed from an HP system, and was wondering if it could be easily installed in my 2010 MBP. I believe the MBP holds 2.5 drives. After some web searches, would I need an adapter like this: http://newmodeus.com/shop/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=300

Would that be all I need?
