1-800-My-Apple was even down

This morning while I was trying and trying to get past that stupid sticky note or the more infuriating "Oops" page, I tried to just call in at 1-800-My-Apple.

I knew it was bad when the 800-number was down. I got "Your call could not be completed" and I hadn't mis-dialed.

I think we have a phenomenon on our hands.

Question, how many calls does it take to crash the 800 number of a major company?

Maybe their call center uses iPhones, and the calls were all dropped.

After trying online for a couple hours this morning, I decided to wait until I got to work so called the 800 number and had the exact same experience.

As someone else put it, iFail is right.
