I'm looking into a 1.83 Ghz, 80 GB HD, 512 mb RAM MBP. How much should I expect to pay?

Refurbished 15", 2.2Ghz C2D MBP's w/ 2GB ram, SD, and 120GB hdd are going for $1700 at the online Apple store right now...

So I certainly wouldn't pay any more than, say, $1400 for the system you quoted (based on the diff in ram and hdd space alone).

I have seen them from time to time for under 1300 USD as apple refurbs, but I have also seen them for a little bit less than that.
