$1.99 HD Episodes Arrive on iTunes

I was just checking the iTunes Store for new episodes and noticed that some shows have dropped to .99 and 1.99 for SD and HD respectively.

EDIT: I wonder if this leaked by accident. Well I took a pic of the HD page in case they pull it.

interesting must have been an early leak or something since when i check every single episode is 2.99 or 1.99 for standard def. But this leak seems promising. Thanks for posting a screenshot.

Just checked the same season in HD for that show, it's now showing it back at $1.99 for SD and $2.99 for ALL shows in HD.

I hope it was an early leak by iTunes. I checked this morning and everything is back to old price structure. Oh well I'm glad I got a shot of it while it was up.

This happens when a show is first put up on the store... the SD version goes up before the HD version, hence the $1.99. When the HD version goes up, the $2.99 price kicks in. Don't ask me why they don't wait and put both versions up together.
