Does anyone know a simple way of getting iPhoto to keep only one copy of a photo? Right now, if you modify a photo in any way, it saves a copy of the original and one of the modified. The space it takes up after a while adds up. Is there anyway to combine the "modified" and "original" folders together without doing an export on every roll that I have?

I dont know if I would mess with Iphoto Diet. If it deletes photos in the origional folder and then you want to edit the photo again you can lose the photo all toghether. In saying that i dont have any better ideas with iphoto.

iPhoto Diet has lots of choices for what you want it to delete. It does not necessarily delete all your "originals" -- only if you tell it to. It can really help save space. Just be sure you think about what criteria you are telling it to use for deletions.
