1 day old iMac reading "Bluetooh Not Available?"

Hey guys,

I bought a new iMac at Best Buy last night and everything was, is working fine. Until tonight. I came home, and tried to wake the computer up from sleep and couldn't do it. The mouse and keyboard would not connect. I connect my keyboard and mouse from my Dell, and went underway. I tired everything that I saw online. Could it be a hardware issue? I'd hate to go back and exchange it. I love it. But it's not even two days old.

Any options for me? Reinstall Mountain Lion?

Yes. I tried shutting down, and restarting. I did that both about 10 times. I also deleted the file in the library under preferences.

My last resort is unplugging it, and leaving it unplugged all night. For about seven hours. And then seeing what happens in the morning.
