Hi

I use my iPod (disk enabled) with my powerbook.
i also have a PC at home can I use the iPod to transfer large files from the pbook to the PC?

Will I need iTunes on the PC?

Some one once told me you can only pair an iPod with one computer.
Is this true?

Thanks in advance

Only for the iTunes part, and then not if you manually manage your tunes. If all you want it to transfer files. Format the iPod FAT32 on the PC, enable disk use, and sync your tunes the usual way.

I don't want to sync the tunes at all.
I have a 750mb file on the Mac that i want to put on the PC.
The PC doesn't have a DVD drive, or anyway to network with the mac.

All I want to do is copy this one file from the mac to the pc.
Will i even need itunes?

If i format the iPod as FAT32 on the PVC, will it affect its use with my powerbook?
