does anyone know of a 1 TB external hard drive that is usb powered (like a WD passport drive)?

I want to get another external to used to store media so that i can watch the media on my xbox 360.

i have another external formatted to hfs+ and plan on keeping this one formatted NTFS so the xbox can read it.

just looking for a little help, so please leave some suggestions

1TB drives only come in the desktop variety and desktop drives take to much power to be USB powered. So unfortunately, what you ask for doesn't exist.

If it's hooked up to the XBox, there's no reason to power it via USB. Just plug it in. As mentioned, there are no USB-powered 1TB drives in existence.

Western Digital has announced one of these.

WD has one now that is similar to Passport drives.
