10.1 Broken HR Complication

Same here except it's the Blood O2 Complication. Does not display. Works in the background, and when I touch the area it used to display in. Series 6.

Odd. My Blood O2 complication is working fine.
I also saw a post about both not working.

My health rate is working but I’m having the exact same issue with the blood oxygen complication. You can click in blank spot and it works but icon doesn’t show up.

FYI, just was on the phone with Apple. They are aware of the issue. I declined to take part in a RTA as that takes days and it's just the Icon. However, looks like a 10.1.1 resolution. They have had allot of calls today on it...................

I didn’t call but I tried to chat with them and I don’t know if I was talking to a human or AI but whoever or whatever it was, they were telling me to reset my network settings and I just thought that sounded ridiculous so I thanked them for their time and said I’d wait for an update. In my opinion, network setting has nothing to do with a complication icon that won’t show up in the watch. I could be wrong but….

I submitted a bug report. Good to hear they’re aware and on it.

EGC and blood oxygen not showing on series 8 either. Touch the are where it should and the item comes up just a no show on the watch face. So guess a ghost complication

Oh interesting! I don't have that HR complication issue. I also don't use the Blood O2 complication, but I decided to try. Indeed, the icon is missing from the Watchface but pressing that blank spot will take me to the Blood O2 watch app.

Well, the complication reappeared, but it’s not updating. Last update was 18 hours ago.

I don’t use the Blood O2 complication on any faces, so I couldn’t tell you what it looked like before, but the icon shows up.
 
I talked with tech support. My ECG on the watch face has disappeared. Got informed that it's a known issue so I just gotta hang tight. AW 9 with cellular made exactly one month old today
