10.1 image corruption

iPhone 7+ 256GB AT&T. Ever since I installed 10.1 photos have started to look like this, both in the photo app and Google photo app. Anyone else seeing this, or did something just fail in my phone?

(iOS interface isn't working to upload the screen shot, let me go find a computer.)

Restarting the phone temporarily fixes it, I've had to do that twice now.
