Did 10.11.4 Public Beta 3 resolved t.co links issue for you?

Hello,

I have read, that third PB of El Capitain called 10.11.4 should fix this annoying bug with t.co links not opening in Safari a keeping it loading until cannot open page error appears. So I have installed this release and I have still same problem.

What is your experience, did it solve it for you?
