Our MacBook Pro Retina was updated from Yosemite to latest 10.11.6 El Capitan.
Now, in Mail, although the list of emails appears in the top-right panel, the actual contents panel, in the lower-right panel, is totally blank for each email.
If I double-click the email to make it display in its own window, then I am able to see the contents.
Any ideas of how to overcome the problem?
If the advice is to delete the Mail folder, and re-download all the emails from the Exchange Server and Gmail, how do we go about doing that, and what files/folders should we delete? Is it just a matter of deleting the Account in Preferences, and that adding it back? Or do we need to actually delete the Mail folder.
Hoping that we don't have to do something as drastic as that.
