i need some quick advise on how to take my Retina 13 on 10.11 and chose easiest path to move it to another person.

i have update OSX to 10.11 and updated Paralells and Windows to W10. i want to reset OSX so that nothing of mine is remaining on OSX but try to keep Parallels and other apps i have for the next user since i have a paid W10 Pro and some apps on both.

if i enter recovery and reset OSX will all of that be gone?

thanks for any help :)

If you reset in recovery, everything will be lost.

To do what you want, it would be best to restore the mac, and re-install the applications. You must be careful, as I don't think that Parallels license will allow you transfer to the new owner, as well, other apps may have licensing issues with what you are talking about.
