I haven't seen a thread dedicated to focus on the 10.12.1 beta in terms of perceived stability improvements and bug fixes.
Personally, it feels a more more stable than the 10.12.0 release. I was getting a kernel panic every 5 minutes when using a USB powered Nuforce uDAC for my speakers. This seems to have been fixed in 10.12.1 beta 1. An issue was also fixed where there was a long gap between pressing my keyboard shortcut for Siri and getting an initial prompt.
Has anybody else seen bugs fixed with respect to USB specifically (since this was a major pain point for many users) or any other problems fixed in general? Report them here please. It may help those hitting the usual teething issues after a major new macOS release.
