Upgraded reluctantly to Mojave in 02-19 to Mojave as Adobe only stays up to date with current and previous two OS.
from Day one on Mojave TM back ups would take 9 Hours for a 3 GB back and the likes.
Updated to Catalina 10.15.7 October 26.
ran several Time Machine Back ups that ran smoothly.
updated to 10.15.7 Supplemental for non related issue, only to have slow Time Machine issues as before in Mojave.
