10.15 Catalina Safari: appleid.apple.com asking for Mac account password

Hi there,

I just upgraded to Catalina and don't recall seeing this before.

When I visit appleid.apple.com, it is asking for my local Mac Account password.

On shared computers this is not ideal - is there a way to disable this? See attached screen grabs.
