[10.3.2] notification center/spotlight crippled

10.3.2 seems to have messed up my Notification Center pretty bad, spotlight is useless now too.
Anyone else? http://imgur.com/a/IBUCN
Amazing if this managed to slip through but it only appeared after updating so I can't help but associate it with it.

Have you tried restating? Perhaps resetting some/all settings?
