ok im trying to get Leopard on my Powerbook G4 but the problem is, i need to upgrade 10.3.9 to 10.4 and i still have Panther and i need Tiger to in order to upgrade to 10.4 then eventually to Leopard(10.5)

I was wondering if anyone know places where I can download Tiger, I've tried torrents and nothing good came up unless i've been looking in the wrong places, but can someone help me..

Why can't you upgrade from 10.3.9 to 10.5?

can you do that? upgrade directly from 10.3 to 10.5? ive heard that in order to have leopard on a 10.3 version, you need 10.4, basically you need 10.4 in order to get 10.5

Nope, as long as your system is within the required specs you can go from any version of OSX to 10.5
