Morning all,

My Powerbook's getting old now, and I'd like to know what sort of state the battery is in. Coconut Battery looks like a nice app, but it only works under Tiger and the Powerbook runs Panther.

Anybody know of a similar app that works in Panther?

You can always check the Power section of System Profiler until you find something.

iStat and Sysstat widgets give you some info on the charge and life of the battery (i use the iStat pro widget).

Once again, the Powerbook is running Panther.

edit: Solved. There's an iStat battery widget for Yahoo! Widget Engine. Woohoo, my battery holds 20% of it's original charge
