I've run into a problem. I get this message everytime I try to do a system update to install 10.4.11.

"The digital signature for this package is incorrect. The package may have been tampered with or corrupted since being signed by “Apple”."

Is there a fix? Nothing is hacked on this computer.

Your download of the update is corrupted. I recommend redownloading the update from Apple's site and installing it that way.

I've tried both ways. System update and manual update. Both unsuccessful.

Manually is says " invalid check sum"

Not sure what is up...

I have upgraded recently from 10.4.10 -> 10.4.11 without trouble:). I are you using ppc or intel? (if unsure, go to the :apple: menu and click 'about this mac') make sure you download the right version (ppc or intel).
