I have had a search for this and cannot find anything, but since i updated to 10.4.2 i have been having severe problems with OS X when trying to eject burnt discs......
When i try to eject the disk it unmounts it from the desktop but the physical drive does ntohing, this in turn causes the whole finder to not respond and my mac doesnt restart or shut down the only way to fix this problem is to hold the power button down for 6 seconds and i have to do a hard restart....
This also occurs when i try to open up disk utility if i have any discs in my drive it causes the whole system to hang...
Anyone else been experiencing these problems and if so how did they go about solving them.....
Thanks,
SHadOW
