Since updating my Dual Gig PowerPC G4 to 10.4.8
the machine intermittantly freezes. At first it would come out of it. Now after every restart it hangs up once I get to the desktop. Doesn't seem to be program specific. Before it became totallyfrozen, I was able to run disk utility to verify permissions. I was also able to run Cocktail - a cache cleaner. All to no avail. Now I'm just stuck - with a ton of work to do and no way to do it.
Any help here would be great.
