10.5.1 update won't install or save

Hi all - finally got the opportunity to install the 10.5.1 update on my 12" PowerBook 1GHz PPC (2003).

Except the update won't download from Software Update. It appears in the list, I agree to the terms and then it begins the download dialogue box before the following error occurs. (See pic, attached)

I've run a search on spotlight on my computer and can't find the update anywhere. I can't find a way to download it other than via Software Update so I'm therefore in limbo. On my about Mac screen, it still clearly says "10.5". FYI, it is the 38MB version.

Any suggestions? Thanks.

Did you check the trash?

You can download the full version here.

Then try again and report back any errors.

Thanks for the link - I missed that before! The update download from there worked and it's just finished installing. Just the reboot required now...

But 317MB for the update!! I've got no space left!!
