Just installed 10.5.5.
When my MBP wakes from sleep and is connected to an external monitor and external wired keyboard and mouse the cursor disappears and the mouse is dead (the keyboard though is working enough to wake from sleep). If I unplug the USB to the monitor (which is acting as a hub for the keyboard, mouse, etc.) the cursor comes back again and the mouse starts working.
Very annoying
