My dock does not show up when I plug in my DVI-HDMI cable between my MBP and HDTV. I have turned on/off dock hiding and overscan, gathered windows and detected displays, restarted Finder and still nothing. Is this happening to anyone else? Any ideas how to fix?

EDIT: Not sure what happened but it just came back. ??? lol @ 10.5.7.

It's easy to accidentally set the dock to display on the right hand side of the desktop.

I have my displays set up so the main display has a 1024 depth, the second one 768 and if I have my TV the scart input when I boot up, a 3rd display with a 576 depth that's positioned in Display Preferences directly below the second display.

There's issues with 10.5.7 and DVI-to-HDMI, FWIW
