First build of it is in ADC. 9J22. Lots of changes and focus areas as always.

 Same. Saw it on forum spy and raced to the top left of the screen.

I don't want to list the changes since I don't want to get into trouble. But a big change, not in the list, is hardware H.264 decoding. CPU showing 15% with my GT8800 in Mac Pro 2.8 while playing 1080p apple trailers.

Come on, man, you know the first rule of the Apple NDA is we don't talk about the NDA. ;)

Haha good one. : ) I'm checking several trailers, some of them seem to utilize quite low amount of CPU but others still use regular amount. Maybe it's not completed yet, but something about H.264 is definitely changed.

So if you're unwilling to post any details, why create this thread at all?

Why create a topic that you know most readers will believe is related to a public release. It stinks of attention seeking.

good call OP.. ;)

It sounds like a pretty big deal. I wonder why they're doing such a major improvement with Snow Leopard just around the corner?

Yeah, whats to keep me from jumping to Snow Leopard when its released? OpenCL and Grand Central is not in 10.5 and I welcome those two things alone with 10.6 They are enough for me.

The sad part is that I got Laid-off last week so I couldn't go and buy 10.6 if it came out sooner than later.
