10.5.8 Flickers when scrolling

After updating to 10.5.8, I noticed when scrolling my downloads stack(list mode), I see a part of the view flicker - as if I can see the background.
Also noticed it happens when using finder with multiple listing and scrolling with 2 fingers down the list.

Is anyone else experiencing this? Thanks.
