10.5 and Folder Actions???

In 10.4, I used to be able to assign a folder action to a folder so that when I opened the folder, I'd get a popup window with some notes in it. I cant seem to get this to work in 10.5. Anybody know how to do this in 10.5? Or anybody know of some other way to do something similar? Thanks
