10.5 to write to NTFS?

Can anyone refresh me on whether or not 10.5 will write to NTFS?

I haven't heard any indication that it will... There appears to be an at-least sort of working read/write NTFS system for Linux, or maybe even two, though, and so one might hope that the open source would seep into OS X, although there might be legal issues with commercial usage of it.

Something like Captive that uses the actual Windows drivers would seem to make sense given Boot Camp would make the drivers available.

Ntfs

that was the early rumors I had read, sure would solve a ton of problems for those of us that run both, it already reads fine... I sure hope it does..
