Hello I recently had to create a new user. The files on an external drive still list the old user. I have tried to change the permissions by using file info, and adding the new user. Everything works fine until I backup (via superduper ((yes, I already asked them. They say it is not their fault and mentioned something about ACLs)) and then the permissions revert back to the old user. Any advice? Thanks!!!
