Hmmm, I missed that. I thought they were going to do a firmware release or something.

MacBook Air (Late 2010): Video anomalies after waking from sleep

Symptoms

After waking from sleep, your MacBook Air display may flicker or fade from light to dark repeatedly.

MacBook Air (11-inch, Late 2010), MacBook Air (13-inch, Late 2010)

Resolution

Download and apply the Mac OS X v10.6.5 update to resolve this issue.

Use one of the steps below to get the software update:

* From the Apple () menu, choose Software Update and follow the onscreen instructions.
* Download the update directly and follow the onscreen instructions.

You will need to restart your computer after installing the update.

This was only a limited fix and didn't resolve all the wake from sleep issues like the one I had. I had 10.6.5 running and still had the issue.
