Since I installed the 10.6.5 upgrade last night, my Mac Mini has crashed 4 times due to a Kernal panic. Upon restart, it won't recognize my wireless bluetooth keyboard & I have to unplug and replug my USB mouse to get it to work.

Anyone have any idea why this is happening? I recently switched to this Mac because I was tired of dealing with Windows' problems, but this doesn't instill a lot of confidence in me re: Apple OS.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It sounds like the update install did not go well, and on that assumption, try the following:
1. Boot up from your DVD install disk (Option or C key), go to the Utilities folder and open Disk Utility; run Repair disk and then repair permissions
2. Reboot
3. Download and run the combo updater http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1324
4. (optional) Download Oynx (http://www.macupdate.com/info.php/id/11582/onyx) which is freeware and run the cleaning menus (several require a reboot)

Unless you have hardware problems that developed around the same time, that should get you back up and running.
