10.6 AD bound accounts not working

I am running OSX10.6 and have a 2008R2 AD controller. I have bound the Mac to the domain and the enterprise administrator can log in and has rights as an admin of the system. There is another user account that I can also log in with, but all of the other accounts on the domain fail to log in. I did not change any settings on the client just the binding then logged out and tried to log in. The accounts are all new and identical other than user name.
