When attempting to install on a white 2007 macbook (SR) I am getting the error. Snow Leopard will not install because this disk is used for Time machine. It is the internal Hard drive on the laptop, nothing backs up to it. It does backup to an external hard drive with time machine, but nothing backs up to the machine itself.
Anyone else seen this? I imagine it is different than the "This disc is not bootable" but I could be wrong.
I've repaired permissions, cleared caches, backed up with Time Machine, turned Time Machine off, still nothing.
The disc is a family pack, and has successfully installed on a 2006 blackbook, a 2007 Macbook Pro, and a 2008 iMac.
