10.6 File Location of Presets and Shortcuts

I am trying to sync our 3 Mac Pro's and I wanted to know the file location for my custom Application Shortcuts and my Adobe After Effects Output Module Templates.

The shortcuts aren't stored in files - they're in one of the Finder preferences files, probably com.apple.finder.sidebar.plist. As for the Adobe stuff, I can't help you there since I do not use Adobe products on my Mac that has SL on it.
