10.6 Mail use Exchange07 problem

I have an iPod touch, and use ipod touch to access my office email(Exchange 2007) usually.
But now, why i can not use the MAC OSX 10.6 mail to access my office email?
I use the same setting, but always fail to create the account by can not access the exchange server.

Any one knows why and how to fix it?
