10.6 : Missing Accounts in prefpane

Strange, after the upgrade looking at the Accounts Prefpane for my primary (admin) user, it shows only my user and nothing under the "Other Accounts" header.
Logging in as the other users on the box, everything shows as normal.

Not sure of the fix yet (about to start removing .plists), but in case others come across this issue, check back.

Permissions Repair didn't fix it (though I didn't think it would, as it was inside my home directory).

Removing ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.systempreferences.plist and a restart fixed the problem.
Though perhaps just a logout & log back in would have sufficed after removing the preference file.
