10.7.2 Graphic switching issue on MBP17 2011

Does anyone face the same issue like me?

After installing 10.7.2 randomly my MBP freezes when switching apps that might force the OS to switch graphic cards.

For example if I run safari and then photoshop sometimes my mac freezes.
I noticed that when I disable graphic switching everything works fine.
I didn't have this issue on 10.7.1

I have a MacBook Pro 2011 17 inch.

I am really wondering if this is the GM.

I have a similar problem but with chrome. Every time it switches from intel 3000 to AMD I can't view Flash sites such as youtube, so I have to reset chrome. I still haven't called apple care to see if they might know something.
