After installing 10.7.2 in order to move to the iCloud, I noticed the screen redraw is all messed up (technical sounding huh?). Anyway, if I click and drag a window or the right hand scroll, the screen gets all jumbled up with rear windows bleeding through the front windows. If I click to go page down on the right hand side it works ok. Seems to be a click and drag issue.

same here-- very concerning. Anyone else?

Same here - my machine is hardly usable! All applications have graphic artifacts when I scroll, I am constantly minimizing/maximizing to get the screens to show correct content. MBA late 2010...

Problem fixed

I restarted started from the recovery HD (hold down option key during restart), run disk utility and repair your permissions.

I had the same issue, and repairing permissions fixed it. :)

Thanks for finding the fix, man.
