Is anyone uses the 10.7.3 dev release yet? Does it help with the slow downs some of you reported with 10.7 vs 10.6 ?

Are you referring to the one that's supposed to take place, or something different?

When the MacBooks wake from sleep, there's supposed to be a few seconds of a delay. The screen will come on almost instantly, but the computer still needs to wake up.

If it's supposed to be there it must be a new feature that came with Lion. A pretty bad one, if you ask me.

yeah I have about 3-6 seconds of black screen with cursor before I see anything that's actually mine.
