10.7.5 hotspot problem

Ever since I upgraded to 10.7.5 on my iMac 17-inch Late 2006 I have an endless problem with hotspot(Internet sharing). It my iphone sometimes connects to network, sometimes cannot join it. I turn of the wireless and turn on again on imac and then iphone connects it. My laptop never managed to connect to hotspot.

I searched a lot but couldn't find a solution. On my leopard never had such problems.

Any suggestion ?
